En härlig hemsyrad Crème Fraiche som kryddats upp med beasmaken, dragon och lök kokt i vinäger. Vi gör såsen på vår egen hemgjorda Creme Fraiche för att vi ska slippa använda tillsatser och strukturämnen. En bea ska slås på riktigt precis innan den äts och går inte att få att hålla utan medel. Här har ni en betydligt fräschare variant som håller och är ypperligt god även i pasta med exempelvis kyckling eller fisk.
